William focuses his practice on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and financial transactions, taxation of individuals and business entities, corporate succession planning, and estate planning. In his practice, William routinely counsels clients from a wide variety of industries including real estate, transportation, construction, manufacturing, and professional services. William also works closely with governmental entities such as the Internal Revenue Service and the Ohio Department of Taxation.

William earned his B.A. degree in English, summa cum laude, from the Ohio University, his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Graduate Tax Program. William is the author of Making an Offer to the IRS: How to Compromise Delinquent Taxes, published in the Cincinnati Bar Association Report, April 2004. William has been named an Ohio Rising Star for 2006 through 2009. William is admitted to practice in the States of Ohio, Florida, and Nevada, and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States Tax Court.
