William E. Santen has a special interest in civil trial law, including corporate litigation, franchise and environmental litigation, negligence, products liability, malpractice, eminent domain, and admiralty trials. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio, and American Bar Associations and practices in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
A former assistant attorney general for the State of Ohio, Santen also has served as assistant city solicitor and trial counsel for the City of Cincinnati.
Santen holds membership on various committees of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Eminent Domain Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Santen has authored articles for the Cincinnati Bar Association and lectured in seminars to the Clermont/Warren County Bar Association, Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the State of Ohio continuing legal education program.
He has served on the boards of numerous charitable and philanthropic organizations.
Santen received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Georgetown University. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
