William E. Santen, Jr. has a special interest as a lawyer in “work place safety” in construction personal injury accident cases which was developed after working for three years in the general construction trade before attending law school. He also represents and defends many employers in Workers’ Compensation matters which is a natural fit to his interest in construction accident cases. Bill’s practice is also focused in the areas of general personal injury (automobile/truck accident), general civil litigation, including contract, business and real estate law. As a Cincinnati native, he is also busy as a volunteer and has been a regular assistant at Hospice of Cincinnati, Inc. for several years. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio, and American Bar Associations, and the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of America. With 26 years of experience, he has also lectured and authored articles in the areas of pleadings of negligence matters.
