John D. Holschuh, Jr. heads the medical malpractice department of Santen & Hughes, and dedicates over 95% of his practice to medical malpractice case, with the remainder of his cases being personal injury or other civil litigation. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio, and Kentucky Bar Associations and is a Past President of the Cincinnati Bar Association. He was also a trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers from 1991-1996 and from 1998-2000 was president of the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association from 1990-1993.

John received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He has been recognized in the Who's Who of American Law, the Who's Who in America, and the Who's Who in the World. John has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of personal injury litigation since 1996.

A member of the Order of Barristers, John has been cited with a Merit Award by the Ohio Legal Center Institute. John has authored numerous publications on civil litigation and is recognized in Who's Who In American Law.
