John D. Holschuh, Jr. concentrates his practice on the area of representing patients and their families in medical negligence and personal injury litigation. Mr. Holschuh is a past president of the Cincinnati Bar Association and current president of Cincinnati Bar Foundation. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of personal injury litigation for the past twelve years. Mr. Holschuh has practiced in the area of medical negligence for over 28 years and has tried cases throughout Ohio and Kentucky. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky, the federal courts, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

John received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He has been recognized in the Who's Who of American Law, the Who's Who in America, and the Who's Who in the World. John has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of personal injury litigation since 1996.
