John D. Holschuh, Jr. concentrates his practice on the area of representing patients and their families in medical negligence and personal injury litigation. Mr. Holschuh is a past president of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Foundation. He is currently the District One Governor for the Ohio State Bar Association for Hamilton, Warren, Clermont, Butler and Highland Counties. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers,the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Society of Barristers.
John has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of personal injury litigation for the past 14 years. He has been recognized as an "Ohio Super Lawyer" for the last 9 years and in 2011 was one of the "Top 50" Cincinnati Super Lawyers and "Top 100" Ohio Super Lawyers. John received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He has been recognized in the Who's Who of American Law, the Who's Who in America, and the Who's Who in the World. John has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of personal injury litigation since 1996.
A member of the Order of Barristers, John has been cited with a Merit Award by the Ohio Legal Center Institute. John has authored numerous publications and lectured on civil litigation.
