Jim Wersching primarily practices business and tax law. His business law practice includes corporate, limited liability company and partnership law, business acquisitions and sales, real estate transactions and trademark law. Jim counsels clients in these areas as well as advising business owners on the challenges of ownership succession. Jim’s extensive business experience outside the practice of law is an important element in rendering practical advice to our clients.

Jim has developed his tax expertise through his practice as a CPA and specialized legal training. His tax practice involves individual and corporate income tax, estate and gift taxes, tax controversies, and the related fields of business succession and estate planning.

Jim is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio Bar Associations. A certified public accountant, Jim is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and American Association of Attorneys-Certified Public Accountants.
