Chuck Reynolds concentrates his practice on business and corporate law, including acquisitions, sales, reorganizations and restructurings, and the litigation resulting therefrom. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio, and American Bar Associations. Chuck has served on numerous boards of directors including companies engaged in broadcast radio, cable TV, convenience stores and real estate development. He is a trained arbitrator and mediator. Chuck earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and his law degree from the College of Law, University of Tennessee.

Reynolds served on the Indian Hill Council (6 years) and its Planning/Zoning Committee (15 years) and is currently legal advisor to the Indian Hill High School Mock Trial team that won State Championships in 2009 and 2010, finishing 11th nationally in 2009 making it to the final four in the nation in 2010.
