Charles E. Reynolds

Charles ("Chuck") E. Reynolds concentrates his practice on business and corporate law, including acquisitions and sales, reorganizations and restructurings, and the litigation resulting therefrom. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio, and American Bar Associations. Reynolds has served on the Indian Hill City Council, and is currently serving on the Planning/Zoning Commission.

Chuck has participated in hundreds of transactions, including the purchase and sale of scores of businesses, and has served on numerous boards of directors including companies engaged in broadcast radio, cable TV, convenience stores and real estate development. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and his law degree from the College of Law, University of Tennessee. He is a trained arbitrator and mediator.
