John D. Holschuh, Jr. concentrates his practice on the area of representing patients and their families in medical negligence and personal injury litigation. Mr. Holschuh is a past president of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Foundation. He is the immediate Past-President of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the International Society of Barristers, and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.

John has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of personal injury litigation for the past 18 years. He was recognized in Best Lawyers 2014 as a "Lawyer of the Year". He has been recognized as an "Ohio Super Lawyer" for the last 13 years and since 2011 is one of the "Top 50" Cincinnati Super Lawyers and "Top 100" Ohio Super Lawyers. He was also recognized as "The Best of the Best" Leading Lawyers in 2011 by Cincinnati Magazine in the area of malpractice. Mr. Holschuh has practiced in the area of medical negligence for over 35 years and has tried cases throughout Ohio and Kentucky. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky, the federal courts, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

John received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He has been recognized in the Who's Who of American Law, the Who's Who in America, and the Who's Who in the World. John has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of personal injury litigation since 1996.

A member of the Order of Barristers, John has been cited with a Merit Award by the Ohio Legal Center Institute. John has authored numerous publications and lectured on civil litigation.
